For UK customers we send out wash care label orders via Royal Mail and offer Free Delivery. Orders £30 or less will be sent out 2nd Class and Orders over £30 will be sent tracked so delivery can be confirmed. Royal mail advises between 2-5 business days for delivery and this time frame starts from the next business day after you receive a dispatch email.
We also offer free Local Pick up for local customers, just get in touch to arrange collection time with us.

For European customers orders are sent out via Royal Mail by international tracked and signed so delivery can be confirmed. Royal mail advise 6-7 Business days and this time frame starts from the next business day after you receive a dispatch email. Please note the delivery time frame cannot be guaranteed.
